Cancellation by rider(s): If cancellation is more than 30 days before the activity, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancel within 30 days of the activity, no refund will be received.
Alternative dates may be able to be agreed at no additional cost but this cannot be guaranteed.
We may have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances e.g. forestry operations, adverse weather conditions. In these circumstances, alternatives dates or a full refund will be offered.
