Cancellations

Custom Policy

Our standard cancellation terms are as follows:
Should you or any member of your party be forced to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing and by the person who made the original booking. Your letter of cancellation must be sent to us by post or email. The cancellation will take effect from the date that such written notice is received in our office. For a cancellation received more than 6 weeks before the start date of the activity an administration charge of £30 will be forfeit, whilst any other payment towards the cost of the activity will be refunded. For later cancellations any payment towards the activity will be refunded less the following charges: The customer will be charged on the following basis: 50% of the total fee where cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks but more than 4 weeks before the booked date; or 75% of the total fee where cancellation takes place less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the booked date; or 100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place within the period of 2 weeks before the commencement date of the booked date; or 100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place on or after the booked date.  
At this time we would be very grateful if customers opted to reschedule or accept vouchers for their activity, rather than cancel if at all possible and we are happy to be flexible with our customers to accommodate this.
