Headlands Farm Coffee Shop at West Wellow is the start of this tour, with plenty of parking and time to grab a fresh coffee and maybe a croissant before the ride. Leaving the coffee shop behind it is a short ride to find a quiet lane that takes us into the Forest. The tour goes though the hamlet of Bramshaw and eventually onto gravel tracks to the Deer Sanctuary. The way marked cycle network winds though the heart of the Forest to the small village of Minstead and past Furzey Gardens. Under the A31, down to Brook across to Cadnam Common, heading back to the coffee shop for a well earned cappuccino and a slice of local homemade cake. This ride can be shortened if required.
